Conveyancing Assistant

My client is an established Legal Practice based in Sheffield, who have become a most prestigious law firm with a richly deserved reputation for independence, hard work and results. The firm offer quality services for both private and commercial clients.

You will ideally have strong experience in residential property law and you would be performing a Conveyancing Assistant role and would be directly answerable to head of department,

The role requires all elements: KYC & AML administration, client facing (face to face, telephone and teams calls), filing, documentary assembly and analysis, file monitoring and review, accounts checking (completion statements, balances etc).

Strong work ethic is essential. Their team is very busy with both residential and commercial and semi-commercial conveyancing work.

Owing to the requirement for the assistant to work alongside the Senior Solicitor and other team members in that department and learn through osmosis, this will be an office based role.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and the post would be at their Sheffield offices and salary will be competitive based on level of relevant experience.
