Your new company A highly regarded legal firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its established property team in Congleton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of residential property transactions, providing vital support throughout the conveyancing process while working closely with experienced legal professionals.
Your new role
Assisting with the day-to-day progression of residential sales and purchase transactions Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and legal representatives to ensure matters move forward efficiently Preparing and processing legal documents and correspondence Requesting and reviewing property-related searches and documentation Managing new instructions and administrative processes throughout the lifecycle of a case Ensuring files are maintained accurately and in line with compliance requirements Providing proactive support to fee earners within a busy and collaborative team environmentWhat you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will already have experience supporting residential property transactions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. You'll be highly organised, detail-focused and confident, building professional relationships with both clients and external stakeholders.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience within a conveyancing support role Strong administration and case management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities The ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal case management systems A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent client service What's on offer In return, you'll join a supportive and people-focused organisation that genuinely invests in the wellbeing and development of its employees.
