Conveyancing Assistant - Award Winning Regional Firm

An opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a well-regarded modern law firm. The firm are in an exciting growth phase and have recently one an award for their Chester team specifically. Work alongside a team of 8 others, enjoying a bonus scheme based on good performance and flexibility in your role, dependent on experience. You will assist with all aspects of residential property matters. You will assist experienced fee earners on all aspects of their caseload. Including but not limited to:

• Liaising with clients
• Keeping data and case management system up to date
• Document Preparation
• Prepare the completion packs
• Be responsible for completions

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in a conveyancing department. Demonstrating good organisational skills and being determined to progress.
