An expanding, forward thinking Law Practice is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal to join it Telford based team.

This exciting opportunity is perfect if you are looking to develop your Residential Property skills in a forward-thinking Law firm.

Essential Experience

• You will have experience of working a Residential Property Department
• Target driven and a team player
• Flexible in your methods and thinking
• Ability to support client and communicate with them without legalese
• Ability to use your own initiative and come up with innovative ideas
• Organised and structured in your work

Key duties and responsibilities

• Work in the Conveyancing department as part of a team to assist in progressing Residential property transactions
• To deal with all incoming communications efficiently and communicate well with clients
• To participate in the company to develop your own knowledge and skills
• Contribute to the development of the business, office systems and organisation of the department
