Residential Conveyancing Assistant - Stockport
Salary: £23,500 - £26,000 (DOE)

Are you looking to build your career in law and secure a Training Contract?

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join a successful firm in Stockport, with a clear and fast track route to a Training Contract after a short period.

The Role

You'll work alongside senior fee earners on a wide range of residential property matters, gaining hands-on experience in every stage of the conveyancing process, including:

Supporting fee earners on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Conducting searches and SDLT submissions
Managing client files from instruction to completion
Liaising with clients, lenders, and estate agents

About You

Minimum 6-12 months' conveyancing experience
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong client care skills
Ambitious and motivated - with the drive to qualify as a solicitor
