Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a progressive, client-focused law firm, with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance and client care?

The Role:
Seeking a confident and capable Conveyancer with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. You’ll handle freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files
• Conduct thorough title checks and handle leasehold transactions with confidence
• Identifying potential risks and reporting adequately to client, lender and agents where appropriate
• Deliver exceptional client care and maintain high service standards

About You:
Looking for a proactive and commercially minded legal professional with:

• Minimum 1-year PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent client care skills and attention to detail
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure to specific deadlines
