Conveyancing Executive (Homeownership & Right to buy)

Are you an experienced conveyancer ready to take the next step in your career? 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Conveyancer/ Chartered Legal Executive, to join our growing and busy Home Ownership team at Brabners.

As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgage and transfers of equity. You’ll deliver exceptional client care and ensure all transactions are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.

What we need from you

• Experience in residential conveyancing
• A qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent experience
• Strong organisational, communication, technical, and IT skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively

What you'll be doing

• Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Conduct title checks and provide clear reports to clients
• Communicate with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and delegate work to paralegals/assistants
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
