Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
• Ensure high levels of client care and service throughout the conveyancing process.
• Utilise advanced conveyancing technology to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Conveyancing Executive or a qualified Residential Property Solicitor.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent client care.
• Ambitious, dynamic, and possessing a positive "can do" attitude.
• Highly organised with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
