Our client is a leading law firm in the West Midlands, looking to expand their Residential Property team. They are offering a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a team with an excellent reputation, and pride themselves on providing a great place to work for their staff.

Duties

• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
• Managing a full caseload
• Providing an excellent service to clients and maintaining regular and proactive contact throughout the process to all parties
• Supporting the business in achieving the expected targets in the given timescales

You

• You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice
• Detail driven with fantastic communication skills
• Motivated and a team player
• Enthusiasm for the industry
• Proactive and self-motivated

• Annual salary up to £50,000
• Monday to Friday 9am-5.15pm
