Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion

• Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process

• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors

• Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing

• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

• Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
