Location: Streatham (Hybrid - 2 days WFH)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a skilled professional to handle a varied residential caseload within their dynamic Residential Property Department. Our client are a multi office and multi practice law firm having won awards for their work carried out in conveyancing.

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing a substantial caseload of residential transactions from start to finish working as a fee earner, ensuring smooth and efficient completions, admin support will be provided, Your duties will include:

• Managing a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and new builds
• Checking contract documentation, mortgage offers, and search results
• Handling legal enquiries and resolving client queries
• Managing exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
• Working proactively to meet deadlines and provide exceptional client service

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Solicitor handling your own caseload
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive approach and a team-player mindset
