You’ll be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently

• Strong communication and client care skills

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner considered
