Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded property law firm based in Keighley, are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a thriving legal practice, managing a case load of conveyancing matters from start to completion, across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, re mortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, transfer of equity and help to buy.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that values growth, precision and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Fee Earner:

• Handle a diverse and demanding caseload comprising freehold, leasehold, and new build property transactions
• Review and analyse property titles, respond to enquiries, and prepare detailed property reports for purchase matters
• Manage and respond to enquiries arising from property sales
• Take the lead on more complex transactions, including new builds, shared ownership schemes, and deeds of variation
• Offer guidance and mentoring to junior team members, providing support and oversight where necessary

Skills and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 12 months' proven experience as a conveyancing fee earner, managing both sale and purchase caseloads.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling leasehold transactions (essential)
• Solid experience managing new build and other complex property matters
