A well-established South Yorkshire firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Sheffield office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within a thriving Residential and Commercial Property team.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases
• Provide technical support and oversight to junior team members
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and referrers, ensuring smooth transactions
• Handle elements of commercial property transactions, experience in this area is required

About You:

• At least 2 years PQE as a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner
• Strong technical knowledge with experience handling both residential and commercial property matters
• Ability to mentor and support junior colleagues
• Organised, proactive and confident in managing client relationships
