Conveyancing Fee Earner

A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy and established property team. This opportunity is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of four years’ post-qualification experience and a strong background in managing a varied residential caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, adverse possession claims and more complex transactions
• Maintain a high standard of client care and communication throughout the transaction process
• Ensure compliance with Law Society and CQS standards, including full adherence to the firm’s case management and quality procedures
• Participate in team-wide marketing and business development initiatives
• Make effective use of the firm’s case management systems and internal processes

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum 4 years’ PQE within residential conveyancing
• Ability to handle a varied caseload independently
• Excellent client communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
