Salary: Up to £40k, Commensurate to experience

The firm, who has been established for over 100 years, is highly regarded across the legal industry, with exceptional legal expertise and client satisfaction across its services.

The firm is now authentically growing its team and has a fantastic opportunity on offer for an ambitious Residential Fee Earner, looking to take the next step in their Conveyancing career.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of diverse Residential Property matters, independently and collaboratively as required
• Provide expert legal advice to clients and maintaining a professional manner
• Liaising with clients and relevant third parties
• Legal administrative tasks such as legal research, property due diligence, file management etc.

Requirements:

• 3+ Yrs experience within Residential Conveyancing, managing your own volume caseload from inception through to conclusion
• Proven experience of Fee Earning, working on Sales/Purchases/Freeholds/Leaseholds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting key deadlines
