Fantastic opportunity at this traditional high street practice, based right on the high street itself in the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre. Its a family ran practice with a low turn over of staff and a continued reputation within the local area for quality and honesty.

This opportunity would suit a paralegal or a non qualified fee earner, who had experience of running their own caseload. As this is a traditional practice you would be expected to work on property matters from start to finish, and be comfortable working on a variety of transactions.

You would be dealing with a local client base that has a regular flow of matters coming from an attached estate agency as well as a strong referral network and repeat client. You'd be expected to manage a reduced caseload (circa 70/80 files.) The practice are very traditional and encourage client contact so you maybe expected to regularly meet with clients.

Work Life Balance is highly encouraged here and catered for, you will rarely be in the office past 5pm. There is no requirement to take work home or take your laptop with you at the weekend.
