A respected and long-established firm in the North East, is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly and growing team.

? The Role: You will be responsible for running a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  
  
• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
  
  
• New builds and unregistered titles (desirable but not essential)
  
  

You’ll be supported by experienced legal secretaries and enjoy a collaborative team environment with good-quality work, not high-volume conveyancing.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor
  
  
• Proven ability to independently manage a full caseload
  
  
• Strong client care and communication skills
  
  
• Organised, proactive, and confident using case management systems
