Conveyancing Fee Earner - Traditional Law Firm

A fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a traditional high street firm in Wigan. There is great scope for progression in this role as there are multiple members of the senior team considering retirement in the not-too-distant future. For the right candidate the natural progression in this role will be Head of Department/Partnership within a few years.

Requirements:
It is not essential but would be a benefit if you are qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
At least 3+ years’ experience managing a property portfolio of cases from inception to completion.
Experience in all varieties and levels of title complexity is essential.
You must be able to competently manage a full caseload of conveyancing matters.
The ability to communicate professionally and be a good ambassador of the firm.
