Salary £28,000 to £40,000 negotiable plus great bonuses and benefits, sponsored development etc.

Monday to Friday full time permanent (35 hours per week possibility of flexible working hours)

Hybrid mainly from home, office based near Manchester whilst training then as and when required to attend office.

Conveyancing Fee Earner, Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, ILEX, legal executive to join expanding team within the residential property Conveyancing department. Residential sales and purchase conveyancing. Experienced conveyancer fee earner with a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience required for a very established modern thinking firm of Solicitors, excellent prospects, bonus and benefits along with, personal development, now available in this very progressive practice.

You will be working in a busy and friendly environment both supporting colleagues and having support from the management team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with residential conveyancing through to completion. Solicitor and ILEX qualifications an advantage.

Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential, knowledge of Microsoft office and case management systems.

You will need to have a good level of attention to detail to ensure efficiency.
