Conveyancing Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly respected law firm, based in the heart of Leamington Spa, which is seeking a talented Conveyancing Lawyer to join their close-knit team. Role: Conveyancing Lawyer
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000

Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Lawyer role:

• Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process and legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
