The Role:

• Provide key administrative and legal support to a busy residential property team

• Assist with the progression of files from instruction through to post-completion

• Prepare legal documents, carry out searches, and liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents

• Maintain accurate records using a modern case management system

• Ensure excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process

About You:

• Previous experience in a conveyancing support role is essential

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

• Keen to develop and grow within a reputable legal practice
