The Role:
Assist solicitors and partners in all aspects of Conveyancing transactions, including drafting legal documents, conducting title searches, and liaising with clients and external parties.
Manage property files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and transactional matters.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals as required.
Contribute to the overall success of the Conveyancing team by providing efficient and effective support.
The Person:
Previous experience as a Legal Executive, ideally within Conveyancing or a related practice area.
Strong academic background in Law or a relevant field.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
