An established law firm is expanding its conveyancing department and is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.

About the Role:

As a New Business Assistant, you will work closely with the conveyancing team in a collaborative and close-knit office environment. Your primary focus will be to handle new conveyancing business for the Stafford office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with direct clients, providing quotes and converting inquiries into instructions
• Supporting conveyancers with daily tasks
• Managing Land Registry applications and handling file archiving/closure
• Delivering essential administrative support to the team

About You:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Some conveyancing or sales experience
• A proactive mindset with a focus on attracting new business and supporting the firm’s growth
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and confident communication skills
