About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team, working directly under the supervision of the Head of Conveyancing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in property law within a supportive and experienced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to post-completion
•    Support the Head of Conveyancing with complex matters involving freehold block sales and purchases, particularly on behalf of corporate landlords
•    Help manage leasehold matters including lease extensions, right to manage claims, and leasehold enfranchisements
•    Prepare legal documents, draft correspondence, and assist with client communications
•    Liaise with solicitors, clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties to progress transactions smoothly
•    Conduct legal research and ensure files are maintained to compliance standards

Requirements:
•    A law degree (LLB or equivalent) is essential
•    A minimum of 6–12 months’ experience in conveyancing (residential or commercial)
•    A keen interest in leasehold law and property transactions
•    Strong organisational and time management skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication
•    Willingness to learn and develop within a specialised and growing practice

Desirable:
•    Experience working with corporate landlord clients
•    Familiarity with right to manage claims or leasehold enfranchisement procedures
