Job Description - Conveyancing Paralegal

As a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal, you'll play a vital role in guiding clients through the complexities of property transactions, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Preferred Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing, with a deep understanding of the legal processes involved
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
Exhibit strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all tasks
Collaborate effectively with the wider legal team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
Continuously expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing legislation and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

1 Year minimum working as a conveyancing paralegal
Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a similar conveyancing role
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
