Join a young and lively Property Law firm that combines traditional personal service with a modern outlook. We are looking for a skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our experienced residential conveyancing team.

Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation: Draft contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents. Organize and maintain transaction documentation.
• Searches and Enquiries: Conduct local authority, environmental, and other searches. Address queries from buyers or their solicitors.
• Client Communication: Gather information from clients, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Financial Management: Handle deposits, payments, and prepare financial statements.
• Administrative Support: Keep accurate records, update files, and coordinate with estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders.
