Role Summary:
An opportunity to join the Residential Conveyancing team, assisting in managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. The role involves supporting fee earners with all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Support: Assist in the progression of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and review legal documents, including draft contracts and correspondence.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage case files, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
