Conveyancing Paralegal

An established and well-regarded law firm is seeking a confident and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with experience in a residential property team who is ready to manage their own caseload with intermediate supervision.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Assents
• Remortgages
• First registrations
• Lease extensions
• Supporting senior team members with complex conveyancing transactions
• Assisting with supervision queries from Legal Support Assistants
• Providing cover for colleagues during periods of absence

Please note: New-build expertise is not required.

What we need from you:

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proficient in IT systems and case management tools
• A team-oriented and proactive approach
