We’re working with a well-established law firm in Gloucester that is looking to welcome a Conveyancing Paralegal into their thriving residential property team. You’ll be joining a supportive, knowledgeable team, working closely with a qualified Fee Earner and surrounded by experienced Paralegals and Legal Assistants.

As a key part of the team, you’ll be managing a varied caseload of sale, purchase and re-mortgage matters from instruction through to completion, with the support and guidance you need to succeed. Responsibilities include:

• Progressing your own files with appropriate supervision

• Drafting documents and responding to enquiries

• Liaising confidently with clients and introducers

• Preparing comprehensive reports

• Handling pre-exchange and post-completion matters

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident running a caseload (with supervision)

• Technically sound across the conveyancing process

• Client-focused, with a proactive and professional attitude

• Organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• A genuine team player who takes pride in their work

• Up to £28,000
