Location: Southwell (Not Newark)
Salary: Around £25,000+ DOE

A long-established, friendly law firm in Southwell is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Executive or Paralegal to join its close-knit property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a supportive, people-focused environment.
The vacancy arises due to a current team member moving on and the team is now seeking someone confident in managing a conveyancing caseload under the guidance of a Solicitor.

The Role:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Supporting a Solicitor with allocated work
• Handling time recording and billing
• Working to Lexcel and CQS quality standards
• Being a key part of a small but stable and welcoming team

About You:

• You’ll have previous experience in a legal support or fee-earning role – ideally within residential property
• Strong organisational and file management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a close team
• Must be local to the Southwell area or able to commute reliably (this is an office-based role)
