Our client is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in Darlington. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting Conveyancing Solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Conduct property searches and land registry checks, ensuring all investigations are thorough and accurate.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and solicitors to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Manage correspondence and communications related to conveyancing matters efficiently.
• Assist in the completion of conveyancing transactions and the registration of properties.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role within the legal industry.
• Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with outstanding organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using case management systems and relevant software.
