The Role:
Our client is a long-established practice, under strong management and offers a wide range of services to commercial and private clients in the local community. There are good levels of support, the offices are lovely, in a good location, by the Thames.

You will be joining a small, friendly team that occupies a desirable position in the market. You will be working very closely with senior staff, on a varied mix of:

• Residential freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
• Lease extensions
• Remortgages
• Some commercial property too

You:

We are inviting applications from:

• Those with previous experience in conveyancing
• You will be a paralegal, legal assistant, secretary or similar
• Be able to show recent experience handling your own pre- and post-completion matters
• We are inviting applications from those with at least 1 year’s conveyancing experience, have the right to work in the UK and live in or around southwest London
