A southwest London law firm is looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy team!

You will have the opportunity to join a successful and client-centric practice with a strong property department.

This southwest London based firm has a strong reputation with great relationships local and with surrounding law firms.

It has been established for over 100 years and has evolved with the times, incorporating new technology with it.

This Conveyancing Paralegal position is to work in the property department where you will assist solicitors with their caseloads and get client facing exposure.

Matters you will assist with include:
- Freehold and leasehold
- Sales and purchases
- Leases

You will:
- Have 12+ months experience in conveyancing matters in a UK private practice law firm (this is essential)
- Live in a commutable distance to southwest London
- Have good academics
