Requirements
• Depending on your discipline and experience, you will support an experienced solicitor or partner
Conveyancing
• Commercial and residential conveyancing
• Lease renewals
• Refinancing and Bridging advice
• Working closely with banks and mortgage providers.
• Liaise with clients on terms and conditions, the sales packs and admin requirements for new files.
• Check anti -money laundering requirements and obtain opening file balances
• Get Office copies available and assist with new contracts.
• Work with a qualified solicitor from instruction, raising enquiries, exchange of contracts and post completion requirements.
• Prepare completion statements.
• Close files and deal with administration for storage.
Requirements.
• Law graduate
• Ideally with 1 -3 years of relevant experience in conveyancing in a Law Firm
