Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to assist our legal team with residential and commercial property transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced solicitors, engage with clients, and handle a variety of tasks that will enhance your legal expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Transaction Support:
Assist solicitors in managing property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Client Communication:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the process. Document Preparation:
Draft, review, and manage legal documents including contracts, leases, and deeds with high accuracy and attention to detail. File Management:
Maintain organized and up-to-date client files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and deadlines are met. Research:
Conduct legal research to support solicitors in providing accurate and effective legal advice to clients. Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the conveyancing process, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Qualifications: Experience:
