Conveyancing Paralegal

SF Recruitment's Proffesional services division is seeking experienced Paralegal Assistants with a background in conveyancing to join a legal firm offering comprehensive legal support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy residential property team and handle a diverse range of matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and leaseholds.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated paralegal who can confidently manage their own caseload while working under the supervision of a team leader. Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with case management systems are essential for this role.

• Manage a busy caseload, including conducting title checks, raising and reviewing enquiries, and reporting findings
• Order, check, and report on routine property searches
• Review mortgage offers and communicate with clients, estate agents, and lenders
• Provide support to the Team Leader and assist other team members as needed
• Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong organisational skills

• Background in conveyancing
• Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with case management systems
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to manage own caseload
• Team player with strong communication skills
