The Role You’ll assist fee earners in the progression of residential property transactions, including:
• Preparing contract packs and completing standard forms
• Ordering searches and reviewing results
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
• Providing general administrative support through to completion

What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in a residential conveyancing role
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
