Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Benefits

A well established regional law firm is looking for a proactive Conveyancing Paralegal to support its growing residential property team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior conveyancing experience looking to progress within a high-performing, client-focused department.

The Role - Supporting fee earners and solicitors on a busy residential caseload, including:
• Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
• Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation
• Drafting basic legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders
• Assisting with file progression through to completion

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience working in a conveyancing role (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confident communicator and team player
• Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
