Conveyancing Paralegal/Fee Earner

Clayton Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and successful law firm who due to continued growth in their property department are looking for a number of Residential Conveyancing Paralegals/Fee Earners for their central London office which is located in a vibrant and accessible part of the city.

The ideal candidate must hold at least 2 years experience handling own caseload of conveyancing matters through to completion with minimal supervision, covering Sale & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold matters. The role will also involve dealing with Bridging Finance which will provide more variety of knowledge and work, however training can be provided for this.

Salary range on the role ranges from £28k-£40k and is dependent on experience level, role is in office with clear progression opportunities with a firm of this size, with the potential to apply for Training Contracts in the future.
