We are seeking a dynamic, proactive Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to complement their high-performing team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll confidently manage a diverse caseload from initial instruction all the way through to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of a full residential conveyancing caseload, covering freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Prepare and review contracts, title documents, and property searches with precision.
• Cultivate strong, professional relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers, and fellow solicitors.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and risk management protocols.
• Provide an outstanding client experience with consistent, clear, and timely communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Proven experience in residential property law (absolutely essential).
• Confident capability to manage a caseload independently and effectively.
• Exceptional administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with conveyancing case management systems.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset infused with positivity.
