Location: Wimbledon

Salary: OTE £40k-£45k

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Sales Consultant to join their conveyancing sales team in Wimbledon. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales or lettings negotiator and be target-driven. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all referrals are contacted in a timely manner, qualified, and provided with details of the conveyancing process, converting as many leads as possible.
• Prepare and send out quotations.
• Communicate and build strong relationships with the client's network, solicitors, and conveyancers.
• Problem-solve any client issues, including matters impeding the progress of a sale.
• Update department systems where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a sales or lettings negotiator.
• Target-driven and goal-oriented.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to collaborate, share knowledge, and skills.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities for improvement and embracing new ideas.

Reporting Line: You will report to the Conveyancing Manager.
