£35,000 + Pension

An experienced Conveyancing Secretary with conveyancing experience is required to join a highly professional local Practice and provide PA to a Senior Partner who specialises in conveyancing.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing extensive secretarial and administrative for Senior Partner and team of junior Solicitors

- Preparing a wide range of correspondence and legal documentation relating to residential conveyancing

- Completing online searches with the Land Registry Office and preparing paperwork

- Liaising extensively with Lenders, other Solicitors and Estate Agents

- Managing busy diary schedule, arranging client appointments and meetings and preparing paperwork

- Opening files for new clients and archiving completed case files
