Your Role in the Firm

• Lead Transactions: Manage property sales and purchases from instruction to completion—residential, commercial, and everything in between.
• Draft & Advise: Prepare and review legal documentation, giving clear, strategic advice to clients.
• Navigate Complex Deals: Engage in high-value and distressed transactions, including those involving insolvency practitioners and receivers.
• Collaborate Across Sectors: Work with professionals in litigation, recovery, and corporate services for seamless client service.
• Communicate with Impact: Build strong relationships with clients through timely updates and clear advice.
• Stay Sharp: Keep up-to-date with legal changes, and apply this knowledge with confidence and creativity.

What You’ll Bring

• A qualified solicitor (NQ+ welcome) with a background in conveyancing
• Experience with distressed assets and insolvency-related sales is a plus—but not required
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
• A calm head under pressure and strong time management
