ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. You will provide expert legal advice and outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. The role includes liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors, conducting property searches, preparing contracts, and reviewing title deeds. The salary is competitive, and benefits include the potential for hybrid working after the initial three months, along with the support and resources of a growing firm.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should be a qualified Solicitor with proven experience in conveyancing. You will have strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and property law, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and client care skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and proficiency with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools are essential.
