ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of general sales and purchases. While the primary focus is on these areas, having experience in new build and development work will be highly beneficial. You will be part of a close-knit team consisting of a Legal Director, two solicitors, a trainee, and a paralegal. The firm values quality over quantity, ensuring that your caseload remains manageable, typically below 50-60 files. Your performance will be measured based on completions, with a bonus structure in place to reward your achievements.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should be a qualified solicitor with proven experience in conveyancing, ideally between 2-5 years PQE. You will thrive in a collaborative team setting and be motivated by delivering high-quality service to clients.
