Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage shared ownership sales and purchases, newbuilds, transfer of equity, adverse possession, transfer of part, and remortgages.
• Collaborate effectively as a team player.

What We Offer:

• Hybrid work arrangement, limited to 1 day per week (day to be discussed at interview stage).
• Local knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
