Job Description - Conveyancing Solicitor

Residential Property Solicitor – Dunfermline – Salary £ Dependent on Experience

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge?
Do you want to join a growing firm based in Dunfermline?
Are you eager to join an established and experienced team?

We are supporting a leading Conveyancing Firm based in Dunfermline, who are looking to add an experienced Solicitor to their team on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have previous conveyancing experience and be able to advise clients on a variety of property matters. You will have strong market knowledge and be able to work well individually and within a wider team environment.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm in the heart of the city!

This is a full-time, permanent role, with hybrid working models available. The salary for this role is dependent on experience.

You are a qualified solicitor, with experience in Scottish property law
You can manage a full caseload effectively and efficiently
You have a client focused approach, and can deliver high quality service daily
You have an excellent attention to detail
You can manage your time and diary effectively to complete all tasks and meet deadlines
You enjoy working individually and collaborating within a wider team environment
You can provide expert legal advice and customer service to clients
You are a motivated individual, who is eager to develop their career within a growing firm

What is the day to day like?

Managing a caseload of residential purchases and sales, ensuring smooth transactions for clients
Handling all aspects of the conveyancing transaction
Providing expert legal advice and customer service to clients throughout the property journey
Liaising with and building relationships with lenders, estate agents and other stakeholders
Managing time and diary to complete all tasks and meet deadlines
Completing any administrative tasks when required
