We are working with a professional, client-focused law firm based in London E6, who are looking to expand their conveyancing department. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of your caseload while contributing to a friendly, experienced team.

The Role: Conveyancing Solicitor

You will handle your own caseload of residential property matters while playing an active part in the wider conveyancing department. The role includes:

• Managing and progressing residential conveyancing files
• Liaising with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters
• Attending client meetings and offering expert legal advice
• Preparing, reviewing, and amending legal documentation
• Ensuring all paperwork is accurate and compliant with AML regulations
• Submitting documents to the Land Registry and dealing with requisitions
• Supporting junior staff and contributing to training
• Attending networking events and supporting business development

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
• Able to manage your own caseload from instruction to completion
• A team player who is also self-sufficient
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The Package:

• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)
• Location: London E6
• Hours: Full-time, office-based
