An outstanding opportunity has arisen with a certified B Corp law firm in Surrey, seeking to hire a Conveyancing Solicitorto join its well-established and growing property team.

This is an ideal role for someone ready to take the next step into leadership, with the potential to become Head of Department in a few years.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll be managing your own caseload of high-quality residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• First-time buyer transactions
• More complex and varied residential matters

You'll also be supporting the wider team and playing a key role in mentoring junior team members, with a path to team leadership.

About You:

• 7 – 8 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong technical ability with a broad range of residential property experience
• Commercially minded and interested in developing leadership responsibilities
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Eager to be part of a values-driven firm with a strong emphasis on balance and wellbeing
